Breeesea ("we", "us", "our") runs ocean-based retreats and experiences, including trips booked and paid for through this website (breeesea.com). We are an Australian business, and this policy is written to meet the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Because our retreats attract guests from around the world, we've also included a short section for visitors based in the UK/EU.

What information we collect
Enquiries: When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
Newsletter signups: When you sign up to hear about upcoming retreats, we collect your email address (and name, if you provide it).
Bookings and payments: When you book a retreat through our online store, we (via our website platform, Squarespace, and its payment processors) collect your name, email address, postal/billing address, and payment details needed to process your booking. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
Health and safety information: Some retreats (e.g. ocean swimming trips) may require basic health, fitness, or swimming-ability information for safety purposes. We only collect what's necessary to run the trip safely, and only use it for that purpose.

To process and manage your retreat booking, including payment, itinerary, and any safety requirements.

Squarespace - our website and e-commerce platform host.

Retreat partners directly involved in delivering your trip (e.g. local operators, accommodation, transport), limited to what they need to host you safely.

Overseas disclosure
Some of the services we use (including Squarespace and our payment processors) store or process data on servers outside Australia.
